Double Doppel

Double Doppel, derives from "body double" and "doppelganger." While body double refers to a physical presence, doppelganger historically referred to an apparition or spirit double that often foreshadowed one's death upon being seen. In contrast, the physical double supports life through its presence.  Overall, the work in the exhibition suggests cycles of ideas, life, and physical materials. Through an ongoing iteration between the physical and digital, are we staring at our spirit double on the verge of death? Or will we be preserved, supported?
